Nursery

Jesus said, “Let the children alone, and do not hinder them from coming to Me; for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.”  Matthew 19:14

The Nursery Ministry of Cahaba Park Church exists to create a safe, loving environment, which builds a foundation for a child’s experience in church. Our nursery is open to all children from newborns through 36 months and is available during Sunday School and Worship.  It is our desire to come alongside parents in nurturing the faith of their children. Our responsibility is to model and to teach truth in an attitude of love and prayer.

If you are new to Cahaba Park, a Welcome Team Member will help you locate the nursery and introduce you and your child to one of our Nursery Coordinators. We have a system in place to ensure your child’s safety and well-being while in our care. There is a sign-in table located on the Nursery hall where you will provide information regarding your child and his or her needs (feeding and/or nap times, allergy information, and other special needs). We look forward to ministering to your little one!

Out of love and concern for the nursery, children and youth in our care, all of our volunteers go through an application process that includes a background check.
