Sunday School

Sunday School classes meet from 9:00 to 9:45 am each Sunday at Mountain Brook High School. Members of the Welcome Team are available to help you and your children find your way to the appropriate classes.

Adult classes are focused on teaching God’s Word as revealed in Scripture and applying Scripture to our daily lives so that we might live out our faith for God’s glory. Teachers use both lecture and group discussion to equip the class with knowledge and to foster spiritual growth.  Each week’s lesson is designed so that new members and visitors can jump in at any time and receive teaching and fellowship.

Since all of God’s children can grow in knowledge and understanding of the Lord, we begin our children’s education in the nursery at age 2 with “Sonshine Time.” We also have classes for 3 & 4 year olds, K5 – 2nd grade, 3rd & 4th grade, and 5th & 6th grade.
